Filter Building is environmentally conscious. As sustainable as the current Greek legislation and regulations permit, it is built to comply with the most contemporary standards of ecological constructions that utilize alternative forms of energy and limit the

burden on the environment. It features an Electronic Energy Consumption Management System, energy conserving glass panels and photovoltaic elements that are connected with the main electrical supply.\

Combined with the special outer temperature-conservation insulation, it improves energy efficiency and manages to minimize heating bills up to 60-70%. Moreover, in each parking space, special outlets are installed in order to be used to charge hybrid and electric cars. In a few words, this is a building designed to last.
