George Droulias represents the new generation at the helm of Panou Properties. At 29, he brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, having worked across every stage of the building process—from site planning and technical execution to project delivery.

With a background rooted in engineering and a strong practical foundation, George combines technical knowledge with a clear, forward-thinking vision. He understands the real challenges of construction because he has lived them—on the ground, alongside teams, and through complex project cycles.

As CEO, he carries forward the legacy of Panou Properties, a family company founded in 1968, while shaping its evolution toward more sustainable, functional, and community-focused developments. His leadership reflects a balance of respect for tradition and an openness to innovation.

As part of the third generation at Panou Properties, Panagiotis Droulias plays a key role in keeping the engine of the company running smoothly behind the scenes. At 30 years old, he brings a fresh, tech-savvy approach to operations, paired with real-world experience across construction, technology, and the food industry.

With an academic background in Business Administration, Panagiotis combines structure with adaptability—managing processes, systems, and internal workflows with precision and calm. He is known within the company for his composed presence, problem-solving mindset, and deep understanding of how things get done efficiently.

Before joining Panou Properties, Panagiotis gained hands-on experience in multiple industries, including construction and hospitality, which shaped his pragmatic view of business and sharpened his operational instincts. His familiarity with both people and platforms allows him to bridge traditional workflows with modern tools, helping the company evolve without losing its core rhythm.

As Head of Back Office Operations, he oversees internal coordination, logistics, and administrative systems—making sure that the front-facing vision of Panou Properties is fully supported by a solid, well-run foundation.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction sector, Ioannis Panou stands as a key figure in the ongoing development of Panou Properties. As part of the second generation of the Panou family, he has played a central role in expanding the company's reach and reinforcing its core values of integrity, quality, and trust.

Ioannis brings a multidisciplinary academic background to his role, holding degrees in Technical Management, Art Gallery Studies, and Psychology. This unique combination allows him to approach business development from multiple angles—balancing structure with creativity, and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of client and market needs.

In addition to his work within Panou Properties, Ioannis has also served as a consultant on a wide range of projects in the broader construction and property sector. His advisory experience spans project feasibility, investment strategy, market positioning, and design alignment, offering valuable insights that continue to shape the company’s direction.

As Head of Business Development, Ioannis Panou focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring that each project aligns with the company's long- standing commitment to purposeful, responsible development.
